*up to a total of 5 people
      *Exceptions will be considered on a case by case basis  .  

           Terms: 30% due at time of booking, with remainder
         due one week prior to stay or on day of arrival.
        

      Check in 2:00 PM Check out 11:00 AM  
  Other accommodations can be made

-Check Availability, e-mail or call.

- Calculate total due.
-Send your deposit (30% of the total) via PayPal or
          you can send a deposit check; be sure to let us know
          when you have mailed it and we will put your request on
         “temporary hold” (10 days) until payment is received.

-Once we receive payment, we will send you a confirmation.
-Balance is due 1 week prior to arrival OR day of arrival.
 * Cancellation 30 days or more prior to stay - full refund minus $50.00 administrative fee* **Cancellation of less than 30 days of stay - no refund of deposit **
